And Free returns - pre-paid label enclosed with all orders, so if you are unsure about sizes order 2 or more different and return what doesn't fit :smirk:

Watch those Jumpers! We were in Vegas in Dec and bought a load of bargain designer clothes including RL and Lacoste. One of the buys my missus got was an RL cable knit thin jumper. Went through the wash once and it was destroyed - shrunk to half it's size and the cable pattern obliterated. Label check - dry clean only....Oops! Glad she put the wash on, not my fault!

If you done that and returned do you think they would deduct £9.95 postage I.e. If you returned jumper that cost £40 they would only credit you back£30.05
Vanderlust

They definitely won't deduct the shipping. Shopped with them before and its fine.

I think the post is trying to explain, that you have to be extremely care how you wash RL items, as machine wash can damage them as well as hot cycle on washing machines.
Also RL items are extremely cheaper in the USA.
