Waitrose is the only place that sells this one (red pack) and it is £1.59 there. No other porridge tastes like this - I don't know what they do to it to make it 'creamy' but it tastes very good - You don't need to add sugar or toppings. Just the taste of pure oats from the UK.
This isn't short dated - 2017!
I was buying this from 99p store but they stopped stocking it just before Christmas.

I have tried various brands and mostly buy the Cheaper Packs from the supermarkets, what makes even the cheaper ones taste nicer is putting the oats into a pan with cold water the night before, give it a try.

May give this a try. Always got Quaker, but they have got dreadful in last two years. Stopped buying it

If it is not made with real oat meal and salt added it is not real Scottish porridge - just add milk and some double cream after cooking for a fab dish of porridge.
