THESE REALLY ARE ENELOOPS at a much cheaper price!
Anyone who who knows anything about rechargeable Low Self Discharge (LSD) batteries understands that Sanyo/Panasonic Eneloops are the best of the best in terms of quality, performance and longevity.
Well, Fujitso AA + AAA "Ready to Use" LSD batteries are re-branded Eneloops. The cells are identical, just the labels and pricing differ.
- Fujitso 750mAh AAA's and 1900mAh AA's are same as regular Eneloops.
- Fujitso 900mAh AAA's and 2450mAh AA's are same as Eneloop PRO's.
7DayShop have the following pricing for Fujitso "Eneloops".
*4 Pack Fujitsu Ready to Use AAA LR03 Ni-Mh Rechargeable Batteries 750mAh - £3.99 delivered
*Fujitsu AAA LR03 Ni-Mh Rechargeable Batteries 900mAh Ready to Use - *4 Pack - £4.49 delivered
*4 Pack Fujitsu "Ready to Use" AA LR6 Ni-Mh Rechargeable AA Batteries 1900mAh - £5.99 delivered
*Fujitsu Pre and Stay Charged AA (HR6 / MN1500) NiMh Rechargeable Batteries 2450mAh - 4 Pack - £7.49 delivered
For me, both sets of AAA's represent the best value. The 2450mAh AA's are also very well priced compared to identical Eneloop PRO's.

Depends on what box mod you have,I wouldn't recommended AA batteries for vaping to be honest.
Normal/decent e-cig box mods should take one or two (sometimes 3) good quality 18650 batteries - Sony VTC4, VTC5, Samsung 25R, LG HE2, HE4 are the better ones.

Not voted hot as now OOS and no idea if there'll be a restock, probably not at a price that undercuts 7dayshops other rechargeables.

Bingo! That's clearly a rebranded La Crosse charger, design hasn't changed in the 5 years I've owned one. It can also take nimh's through a 'reconditioning' cycle. Can charge each cell individually. One foible of that charger is, it will decide if your cell is dodgy and simply refuse to charge it. You can restart that cell by putting it in a cheap charger for 15 mins first, but that cell is on the way out. With Eneloops now this cheap it's not worth buying any other type of rechargeable. Apart from Eneloops I've also favoured Ansmanns.

I tend to charge mine in a cheap old "dumb" charger which just charges them slowly for 8 hours. When I charge them in my "intelligent" 1-hour charger they get way too hot for my liking. I like to have both chargers available because the "intelligent" one often tells me that one or two of my batteries are faulty (and so refuses to charge them) but when I then charge those batteries in the "dumb" charger they take a full charge and work fine.

What is the difference between these (or any eneloop) and normal rechargeable batteries like the ones made by 7DayShop?
Orville to thegamingkinginfo
6 Feb 162#30
Quality. Eneloops provide promised capacities and can be drained/recharged to full capacity hundreds/thousands of times. They are made within world renowned Japanese factories rather than Chinese counterparts.
Some non-Eneloops are very good, but they do not yet have the same proven track record. Eneloops are the Sony Walkman or Apple iPod of batteries. Not the cheapest, but quality and engineering is beyond question.

I find the Duracell 2500mAh ones are better than enloop for my camera flash. Recycles faster and batteries last longer. Found some enloop ones in a drawer that were a few years old, they were dead and wouldn't hold their charge.

Duracell 2450/2500 mAh with the green tops marked "Duraloop" are actually Eneloop Pro's. It's funny but Sanyo/Panasonic/Fujitso make very many rebounds. VW Audi do the same thing with Golf's, A3's, Skoda Octavia's and Seat Leon's. Under the skin they share the same mechanics.
There are so many rebounded Eneloops about because they are seen as the standard bearer for LSD rechargeable.

Is it better to buy the cheap ones because it lasts more charges?
Orville to thegamingkinginfo
6 Feb 16#26
The more expensive ones contain 20% higher capacity. There is a trade off between ultimate capacity/power and longevity. 500 charges should last most people many years, but if you intend to recharge them daily/regularly go for the lower capacity variants.

Eneloop batteries are superb. In fact, these are the only rechargables I have found to be satisfactory (presumably the rebadged Panasonics would be as good).
I use a 7dayshop charger, which cost about £10, but appears to be no longer on their website. To ensure charging is slow and at a modest temperature, I use the USB connector rather than the mains one.

I have ordered 4 packs of the 900mAh AAA's. I have a MAHA battery analyser so will post results when they arrive. i know they will perform the same as Eneloop Pro's, but seeing is believing and I will be able to compare the sets directly.
Whilst Fujitso's "Eneloops" stay at this price I will not buy any more Panasonic badged cousins. My guess is that prices will rise once everyone catches on to what they are.

Nice find. Thanks for all the extra info. I've been happily using 7DayShop's own 2100mAh and 2150mAh versions for a couple of years but I've ordered a couple of packs of these to try them out. I'm sure the extra 300-350mAh will come in useful for some applications!

Nice find OP, thanks. Ordered the higher capacity AA, and AAA ones.
Basically, the AA + AAA's share exactly the same traits as Eneloop batteries (because they are the same thing). The AA's can maintain >1.2V output with 2.0A loading and AAA's can maintain >1.2V with 1.0A loading. This makes them very high-end LSD batteries suitable for high+low drain applications. Other LSD's provide similar mAh ratings but few can handle such high draw or survive so many recharge cycles.
There really are Eneloops, just wearing a different wrapper and at 20-30% cheaper.
Hope this answers your questions.

I find Candlepoweredforums the best source for battery info but is seems to be down for maintenance at the moment. BLF's testing of the 1900mAh & 2450mAh Fujitso's are linked below. Physical appearances and charge/discharge behavior are identical to their Eneloop cousins. Batteries are best in class for sustained high-drain use.
edit: Eneloops are widely regarded as the best LSD's because they have been around for a very long time and have by far the most proven track record. Other brands are now catching up, but a good reputation takes time to build. Fujitso own, manufacture and rebrand Eneloops.

A nice touch is that Fujitso uses the same colour scheme as for Eneloops (standards = white, PRO's = black). As long as the colours are the same you can mix & match Fujitso/Eneloops without issue. Great if you already have some Eneloops within your collection and for family members who may not read the labels.

Could be due to the fact that Sanyo were being taken over by Panasonic and gave/shared the designs/technology for the eneloop to Panasonic. But, to get agreement on the takeover, Panasonic were forced to sell Sanyo's battery business, and they sold it to Fujitsu. Bottom line is Eneloop, Fujitsu and the Panasonic Evolta are quite likely to be very similar now. Especially, as I understand it, they are all made in the Twicell factory, if made in Japan.
