Pretty sure that would mean over 1680 unsatisfied customers out of 21,000 so not an exaggeration at all..... Pretty poor review score if you ask me ;-)

Unless your like ONLY 10 years old or something?, you should know!, hmmmmmmmmmm.
Good luck if/when your Blu-Ray Player goes to pot then? .. as DVD Players can be had for (give or take) £20?, try finding a replacement Blu-Ray Player for the same small change?, hehehehe. :-)

Terrible seller - Purchased something from them before, took about a month for it to arrive. Useless. Won't buy from them again.

Yeah they are dreadful. Ordered a bluray off em for a really good price using a code and no sign of it in a month. Messaged them and they said it must of gotten lost. Thats an absolute bullshirt answer as its funny that 100s if not 1000s of others have had them same happen when using this company. Ive ordered a few thousand items online and only once did it get lost, and that was over the Christmas period.
