Just noticed that Burger King have started selling the deep fried apple pies, like McDonald's, except they call them apple pie sticks. I'd assume it is an introductory price of 2 for 99p, if not then all the better!

Tried them last week. Not worth a quid. They are tiny like the size of my middle finger.

Crikey, this is the first Apple thread for ages without loads of shouty people. Been waiting for the Android pie brigade to arrive and it all to kick-off!

Yup, they're teeny. Positively lilliputian. I know fast food adverts are never accurate but this one was laughable.

Absolutely nothing like McDonalds pies, they are so small they would get lost if you dropped them on your tray. They are not even worth 25p each.

Well ive not got round to trying them yet but i was going near a burger king in a few days and noticed the offer on the site so thought it was worth a mention if no one knew about it.

have to agree with the other comments, not only are they tiny but they don't even taste as good as the McD's ones.

I was going to say about the size but I think it may just have been mentioned already.
Apple sticks, Apple match sticks more like.
Local McDonald's is currently doing two full size Apple Pies for £1.
This is store by store but pretty common so it's worth asking.

On another note, perhaps HUKD should introduce a feature that allows people to change their votes.

Their cheeseburgers are small and look how big they look next to the apple pies. This looks more like daylight robbery than a hot deal.

I thought they were doing these for 79p for 2? Gone up 20p. As has been said they are small. They might be hot but its cold from me

Is this meant to be read with an Alan Partridge voice in my head, or a suitable 50 Shades of Grey voice?
The latter brings a whole different meaning to the words "saucy pie".

Tried these the other day - they are disgusting and tiny. They are fried in the same oil as the chips / chicken and therefore taste the same. Not nice.......
Horrendous product and not worth 9p let alone 99p.

Actually they use a separate fryer for vegetarian stuff and the french fries when i worked there. There was even separate tongs for handling the vegetarian items.
