Someone inform the Greek embassy. They can now afford to replace those other marbles they'd been after.

Are these marbles as in what you used to play with as a kid, I did in the 70's ? if so I remember there used to be some brilliant colors. To think kids were happy with a bag of marbles back then

I've been known to lose mine too by swallowing, only to play with them a few days later.
Kids these days spoilt with iphones, tablets, soft play and adventure parks. A bag of marbles (bubblewrap or empty cardboard box) is all you need. Voted hot.

just wondering what would one do with 151 marbles
Scatter them on a busy pedestrian road
With the right sound effect it can prove hilarious :stuck_out_tongue:

Surely flowers would be better.
I think what you've described is probably more like marble arranging.

I need these! I love daffodils but all my vases are too tall. I put the marbles in the vase and it holds up the stems and means I use less water too. Perfect.

151 was the brand of lots of poundland products years ago - mainly diy stuff.
Maybe moved on with the times . . . like lucky goldstar ??

There are still plenty of bags to be found in the York branch.
I picked up a couple of bags today, using 2-3 glass beads in a HDPE container to help with mixing acrylic paint.
