With Valentines Day fast approaching & knowing that so many of the romantic male members will be pouring glasses of champagne, hand feeding chocolates & running scented baths surrounded by softly lit candles for their significant others, I thought I'd help create the perfect ambiance. So I had a quick scout around & came up with these little beauties, you could recreate that famous scene from the film I can't remember the title of, where the woman follows a trail of rose petals to a lovely bath full of these & then .... I can't remember the ending, it was either a horror film & all went horribly wrong for her or her chap got rather lucky that night.

These are supposed to be silk but are they? Small point, but it amazing that nowadays people are allowed to advertise 'leather' phone cases (for instance) which aren't leather and quite probably these 'silk' petals won't be silk!
A quick test is to burn one, if they smell like burning feathers then they are. And the 'bead' left behind crumbles in your hand. If the bead is solid and the smell is of burning plastic, then they are synthetic (not silk)

If you order from ebay from a UK seller they will be here on time also home bargains have rose petals and love heart confetti for less then a quid and baloon hearts also less then a quid hope this helps x
