What is the error code you get when redeeming?
It may be the billing is locked by microsoft and you need to contact them to unlock it. Do it over chat, it takes five minutes

it's 10 hours or the 1st 2 levels....no more
the while game only lasts around 5 hours so restricted to the 2 levels

Well Madden 16 is already in the vault, FIFA 16 will probably go in around April/May, UFC2 is coming out soon and you'll get a free trial of that's long with free trial of the new Madden/FIFA. Plants vs Zombies 2 is available for trial now I think? Certainly available for preload.

No worries. You'd be better off purchasing and holding on to the keys. Then enter them when you want to play any of your access games. Some months a new game will come out and you won't play access.
