E321 isn't illegal in the UK and probably the whole EU. You can buy this product in the specialist candy/american shops. The average amount people consume is far below the maximum acceptable daily intake according to the EFSA.

AFAIK Snus is banned everywhere in the EU but for a few exceptions, Sweden being one

Contains a chemical called BHT as a preservative, which is petroleum based and a possible carcinogen. Illegal food additive in the U.K and in several other countries, not the U.S.A though in small amounts

I know this used to be sold in the UK, then it was banned and I've never seen it since. Everytime I go to the US I stock up and bring loads back.
