"I have had a word with our RMA orders team and they asked me to pass the case to them for authorisation for shipping cost coverage. Once the authorisation is done and shipping label is created then I will contact you via email to create the RMA order and replace the drive. This process can take up to five business days."

That is my argument, even for a failed drive you should be compensated that's the whole point of warranty, it shows good customer service.

That's a ****, can you dispute it with your CC company? I've always had to pay to send WD drives back for warranty replacement but having to do it straight away should really be up to them.

Mine's arrived, all hooked up to the XBOX One fine and seems to transfer games to install a bit quicker to boot.

Yeh one in all three, though one of them wasnt on the side it was on the bottom layer of the box, so might be worth looking there.

They say in their email they dont bill you till the item has shipped. I was billed on the 30th and still havent recieved any notification. Hopefully hear something today
