The Sponge Pudding with Orange and Ginger was excellent this year much lighter than Christmas Pudding, managed to pick one up for £1.70 in Manchester.

Supermarkets rip us off! The price of this pudding is the price that it should be sold at regardless! They rely on us to buy items and make them loads of profit!!

They don't rip you off. You have a choice, so if you don't like it don't buy it

you could always make one yourself not sure they are forcing you to buy their products, just supply and demand.

well said, plus I didn't understand what they were saying, it should be 25p all the time?

Still got one I purchased prior to Christmas, has best before date of April 2017. Will be stocking up for next Christmas at this price.

yeah i see what you mean, ie ideally just charge 25p from day one and we can all buy as many as we like, instead of timing the reduced price, would be nice if all shopping was priced to suit us lol
