IMO the nicest (mainstream) sausages at the moment are 'Heck' (the people who originally started Debbie and Andrews but sold out).

So what are the nicest (underground) sausages?

I thought free range just meant they could be placed anywhere in store, so spend ages trying to track them down  also if they were free range pigs they wouldn't have ended up as sausages.

LOL. I was just saying mainstream because I'm sure some local butchers make some beauties.

Heck are nice as well, but £3 each or 2 for £5, these sausages are £1.64 atm, so a bit of a difference!
The 12 pack of free range for £2.50 is better value atm.

I didnt think woman liked their sausages free range, I thought they like them more exclusive than that...you know, wait for the rose and all that.
Waitrose need to do a freeze and deliver service anyway, 50 miles, they really neglect Scotland, they cant even add Waitrose in JL stores up north

Glad they're not halal!!!
For decades we've gone on about animal rights and the protection of animals and humane ways of killing them for food then we just forget all that and allow certain cultures to override it all and just go back to the dark ages.
More bending over backwards to "be tolerant". Load of bull

Amazing really: Half price, and yet still more expensive than Lincolnshire / Cumberland sausages
Good Ole' Waitrose.
Never Knowingly Underpriced.

sausages are already on there.
Better still the stuff that's half price and eligible as a pick your own offer for 20% off as well ... Alpen for example.
