bought an item before xmas and had to return it as it wasn't the exact colour I was after (dodgy photos / monitor) - absolutely painless transactions. if fact, I'd have to say they have the best returns system for any out-of-country retailer I've ever worked with.

Zalando is the biggest online clothing retailer in Germany and is starting to now come to the UK. I've used them loads of times both here and in Germany, no problems my friend :smiley:
