Bought one of these when I was pregnant and it was great - my husband pinched it as it was brilliant for a bad back and neck so had to get another now! Great price at £4.95 and free shipping.
Had one from John Lewis 9 years ago, still using it as they are great for sitting up in bed and you get more support than pillows.

this isnt backed by amazon although title doesnt suggest it, its nice when a product is as you get prime and can speak to amazon to return products. i wanted this but opted because of that

And for £3 more you can get the pillow case (choice of colour on ebay). Oh and free delivery too
some of the reviews are very good - but a couple of the top rated ones are awful

thank you op!! was about to pay almost triple that today at argos. 23 weeks and spd has kicked in already so this will literally be a lifesaver! if I could vote heat more than once u would!

I looked at this one but from the reviews does not seem of good quality plus you don't get a pillow case with it in the end went for the one at Argos which comes with a pillow case and has very good reviews. And is only £3 more.

No problem - really glad it was of use - I had SPD with my twins (carried to 36 weeks!) and it was terrible without one!
