If you are able to do a lastminute holiday then this two week trip in Cape Verde sounds ideal for relaxation for a great price.
There are a range of January flights available to Cape Verde Inc Boa Vista so it's worth looking at these if you are looking for a break.

Most of ships run by Chinese, u could buy marlboros 2.5-3 from them but not sure if genuine
There is only 1 price for locals and tourists so u won't be ripped off
If u r on all inclusive u won't need much money
Best think to do - truck ( toyota hilux or similar) trip round Island -€25pp

Im just back from Cape Verde ( Sal ) 2 weeks ago. Yes not much to do, but great place to relax. Beautiful weather, friendly local people. If bored, try truck trip around Island. I'll highly recommend this place. By the way, we've paid 2.3K for 7 nights 3 people ( xmass time ) so 430pp sounds bargain to me
