Read post #1 for instructions on how to pull this deal off.
Props to DubNut86 for finding the DOTD and comments in the thread.

(You can buy just 1 tub by adding another cheap S&S item btw)

Step 1: Add 3 x different lynx shower gels from the links below and use code SAVE30VC12 so that they cumulatively cost £2.10
Step 2: Click to collect 30% off vouchers from the ON protein link and add two different flavours to hit 5 S&S items and give you the extra 10% discount on top of the regular 5% S&S
Lynx shower gels:
Use code SAVE30VC12 for the subscribe and save items that you purchase. I set it to 6 month delivery frequency to give me more time to remember to cancel after I get the order through initially. *ITEMS ARE GOING OOS AND UNABLE TO ADD AS S&S SO JUST REPLACE WITH ANY CHEAP S&S PRODUCTS FOR SAME EFFECT*

i need to contact Optimum Nutrition and see if i can get it for that price again. I would rock up to a gym and sit outside selling it from the boot. £35 a tub

Same , I think they have gone up a few quid since the original post , mine were coming out around £24 a tub , this coupled with the limited flavours , I decided to wait for a different deal.

Appreciate the effort anyways

31 Jan 16 #242
Logged on with a different account and now there is only one voucher showing at all, double rich choc, only on the tub not the bag (opposite to earlier). Also not showing afterwards to allow me to subscribe to same flavour like it did before.

31 Jan 16 #241
Also , should the whey show at around £27 when you first add it , then it will drop to around £20 when the other 10% kicks in?

Thanks

Why do you need the SAVE30VC12 voucher , is that a seperate deal to the 'collect voucher' part?
escortboy
31 Jan 16 #237
Maybe they've taken the vouchers away unless you clicked them previously?
I clicked every voucher because I was calculating the price on everything. Maybe I can only buy stuff I got the voucher on earlier, but didn't buy so it's still active?
Edit: Having read your comment again - are you looking at a product supplied and despatched by Amazon? If it's supplied by MonsterSupplements for example that 30% won't work. If you did click on the voucher previously and you didn't buy it before, and it is supplied and despatched by Amazon then I would go to a live chat and complain, although I'm not sure they will give you the full discount as it's a bit of a glitch, but give it a try! Actually if they give you the difference of 30% as a manual refund and you get the 15% subscribe and save discount you would get the same pricing.
Wooderson
31 Jan 16 #236
I originally looked at this the other day , the problem is I clicked collect voucher on the different flavours of whey I was considering , now the collect voucher no longer appears , is there a limit to how many you can choose?

I've managed to get some phd nutrition iso-7 in strawberry and chocolate also for £16.22 each. Also got banana optimum nutrition for £20ish. 4.54kg bag of double chocolate works out at £42 so effectively £21 per 2.27kg in effect.
I did this after reading your post. Much of the deals have dried up so I'm glad I got in early!

Hi, I have added 5 individual ones, and it showed the 30% off price when I added, I have done this for all 5 and then when I see my deliveries it shows the 15% off but the price of the protein are all before the 30% off ie its telling me this

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey 2273 g Strawberry Protein Shake Powder

Subscription added.
Need more straight away?

Flavour Name: Strawberry, Size: 2.27kg Change

Current price: £32.51 (£13.86 / kg) after 15% discount. I don't understand shower gel bit as 30% code was already there?

Add 4 x £1 S&S items individually, forget about codes.
Go to protein and click 'collect 30%' voucher and add one at a time, make sure you click to collect voucher before subscribing each time.
Keep 5 items subscribed to because if you cancel one and only have 4 you will be charged extra!

Hi escortboy

Many thanks for posting this deal.
This has probably already been answered but could you clarify something for me.

Do I add the shower gels one at a time, after which it gives me a delivery date for each item individually and then add s&s voucher to the basket?
And then do I add 2 x whey and apply the other voucher?

Sorry but I'm a bit slow when it comes to stacking.

Because for some people ordering 11kg of protein that would need eating by October might be too much. Ordering 5 tubs for circa £100 would be good if you use it exclusively. Some people may get their protein from their diet or use cheaper whey and this as a treat? Idk..

My pound items are showing as 80p, presumably because of student discount. Don't know if this applies to the tubs aswell, can't be bothered to work it out.

After my last two tubs arrived I ordered another four tubs (one delivery) which arrived on Wednesday, again all are fine . Last night I ordered another three tubs and this morning I decided to add another two tubs which will mean I have one of all 11 flavours, plus a double of one flavour. I've never bought so much protein in my life, it will last till the end of next year though. The only problem is the space the tubs (2.27kg) take up, my bedroom is packed with 7 and I have another 5 coming

You can change the date to have the new order delivered this month , by the time my new delivery arrives (next week) I would have had three subscribe & save deliveries this month.

I found a different cheap subscribe & save item, toothpaste for £1:

Thanks. Just put in a Feb order. Worked fine. Two tubs and then a bag of double rich chocolate 4.5kg, no voucher on this flavour tub but there was on the bag. Finished with a couple of shower gels.

Cancel all S&S items.
Reorder everything again using the same method as last time.
5 items which are S&S to get the 15% discount, could be just 5 different flavours of protein technically.

My original order was 3 toiletries and two tubs, ordered a third before dispatch so ended up with three delivered at the cheap price. Now I've seen the long best before dates I'm thinking of ordering more. What would be the best way of doing this? For the 15% you need 5 deliveries that month so cancel everything and then repeat for next month? New account? Also am I right in thinking you could have two toiletries and three tubs or indeed 5 tubs, they just need to be different flavours for the 30% voucher?

Just received my two tubs, both are sealed and have the authentic hologram around the lid.
The double rich chocolate flavour doesn't have any print on the lid (neither did my previous double rich chocolate) or my friend's from bodybuilding.com. The banana flavour has "ON True Strength http://www.optimumnutrition.com" on the lid.

Expiry dates are August and November 2017.

The possibility of fake products was mentioned in the original deal thread too.
My post here:

http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/optimum-nutrition-gold-standard-100-whey-double-rich-chocolate-protein-powder-2-2365278?p=27035154

mentions that my tub from Amazon is the same as my friend's tub who ordered from bodybuilding.com, I also explain to a user why there are differences in serving sizes despite the tub size being the same.

My newest order (two tubs) won't be here until next week and I'm already considering ordering another once those two arrive.

I read the same reviews but the ones that were delivered to me had the ON authentic seal on the outside from amazon, the reviews i read that were suggesting they were fake did not have this seal, they also seem to be aimed at the 908 g version,if they ever did it would be really silly to do so especially for something such as this. The protein they delivered seems to be genuine,i would suggest if anyone finds any that isn't sealed in this way to send back....

Double rich chocolate is now included in this, so fill your boots. People seem to be able to buy more than one of each flavour by collecting the 30% voucher each time before subscribing. Just make sure you have 4 other subscriptions to be safe if you are buying like 3 of the same flavour as they will probably only count it as one of your five products.

4 Jan 16 #173
I'd personally add another £1 item just to be safe so that if it does get picked up you've got 5 distinct different products that you've subscribed and saved to.

If it's charging you 95p instead of £1 then you're signing up to the subscription of that shower gel if that helps?

*Note: if you used the code and are paying 70p instead of £1 that also means you've subscribed and saved!

Are you going through with the subscription for each one? You need to fully proceed with the subscription for each item. You do them as separate subscriptions so you will go through the process 5 times to get the full 15% discount.
You don't need to go to payment page if you have chosen the subscribe and save.
Remember - you are subscribing to these rather than buying them.

it worked for me however i have signed in again now to see the price has re-adjusted back to £30.42 per tub but originally showed £19.47. be careful and do check. - update the original is still that price however the price has adjusted and is showing the new price for the "next drop" so remember to cancel subscription. i don't think they notify of price changes which is fine if you keep tabs.

You will only pay the price that you 'checked out' at when you took out the S&S, it can only be lower, not higher.
Odds are that none of the HUKD community that do S&S ever allow the item to be delivered on a consistent basis as you could be paying any price for it the next time it arrives and get ripped off.

Hi Escortboy

How can I add all the 5 items together. I am only able to subscribe 1 item at a time and I am confused how can I add and use the code you provided at the same time. I ended up subscribing for 1 protein powder and it got subscribed. I am struggling to add 5 items together so I can avail the discount.
Any advice? I am sure I am missing some very important and an easy click or do I have to individually subscribe to each and every item?
escortboy to Therock123
2 Jan 16 #158
Subscribe and save 4 items individually (I.e. £1 deodorants, shower gels etc)
Then subscribe and save your protein by clicking the 'collect voucher' for 30% off. You get the additional 15% because you will now have 5 subscribe and save items in your next delivery.
To maintain this pricing don't cancel any of your subscribe and save items if it drops you down to less than 5 items as you will only get 5% discount!
Add as many tubs of protein as you like just make sure you click the voucher button for each flavour and choose subscribe and save. You will be charged circa £20 for each tub.
foxymorgan7
2 Jan 16 #154
After I put the save code in it says invalid
escortboy to foxymorgan7
2 Jan 16 #157
Save code is just relating to some of the S&S items which you can get for 70p each.
The code won't work on some of the suggested S&S items and certainly not on the protein!
You click the 'collect voucher' button on the actual page for each flavour protein and that gives you 30% off rather than any code.
You get the remaining 15% discount by subscribe and saving 5+ items.
Hope that clears it up?

Just subscribe to three cheap eligible items. Apply code of as listed. Then go to protein collect voucher then subscribe to that. Then do the next. If it doesn't drop to £19 ish cancel subscription and try another flavour. I had to try two different flavours for it to work

escortboy to EmmaJ8585
2 Jan 16 #151
You will pay the full price next time, whatever that price is at the time! You get 5% S&S unless you have 5 active S&S, in which case it's 15% discount.

Thank you to the OP for the deal and escortboy for the guide, excellent deal! Wasn't to long ago I was waiting for bodybuilding for their 20% discount codes to get the whey protein for around £35 a tub, now it's almost half the price!

To make life easier, just add 5 different subscribe and save items for around a pound each. Worst case scenario if you forget to cancel your subscription is a fiver. Doing that will get you the 15% discount before ordering the whey
escortboy to Hanamann
2 Jan 16 #120
Yeah good idea, I figured I'd get the S&S criteria ticked off as cheaply as possible so the cost stays low. You only would need to do 4 S&S items to be able to see the full 15% discount as your whey would hit the full 5 items threshold.

Corrangel to EazyDuz
2 Jan 16 #118
Actually, Optimum Nutrition are one of the best whey brands in the market because they are one of the very few companies that refuse to "spike" their protein.

What you get from other companies is not as good quality and true value protein stated on the box. You can also notice the difference significantly between that synthetic, chemical and artificial taste you get with the likes of my protein.

With ON whey it mixes without a ball in the shaker too.

It's a top, quality protein with high grade ingredients and bcaas in that other companies don't tend to include. You get a high % of protein per scoop too.

I'd recommend you look into protein spiking before you spout out comments like this.

Dymatize used to be another company that didn't spike, but there are doubts now since they have recently changed their formula (spiking makes the manufacturing process a lot cheaper so it's understandable why so many do it).

Anyway, amazing deal and heat added!

Right ok. I've found x3 different bodysprays. When I go onto each their is a "add on item subscribe & save" I then click on the yellow tab "Subscribe now" and the next screen asks me to dispatch to address. The next screen is "payment method" then the final screen is "sign up & buy first delivery"

Do I do this for each item individually for the 3 bodysprays as there is no option to add to my basket and then do the same for the x2 protein?

I'm sure this is very simple I'm just making it confusing for myself!! Apologies and thanks for the help.

Which flavour did you choose and was it your 5th S&S or 4th? If you're nervous about not seeing the full 15% discount at item #4 then just do one more S&S before you get to ordering the protein and then cancel the extra item leaving you with just 5 S&S which would allow you to keep the 15% discount.

Hi can someone help?!

I've subscribe to the radox and antiperspirants. Now to make up the 5 subscribe and save, I want to go for the pre workout and the whey powder. If I subscribe and save the pre workout, then I'm assuming I will have to pay full price and get the whey (last subscribe and save) at the discounted price. Is this correct?

is there a way I can get the pre workout AND the whey at the discounted price? Do I add the pre workout to basket as single items (without subscribe and save) or is there another way?

How did you add 3 different flavours without having to subscribe and saving each item?

I used to buy myprotein but it always seemed very 'bitty' after shaking it up. I was under the impression that Bulkpowders and MP used the same source for their whey but BPs seems to leave a smoother protein drink. Bought some on a 25% off sale before Christmas and don't think I would go back to myP.

Couldn't comment on ONwhey as haven't tried it, but if there's an option besides myprotein at the same price, I'd take the opportunity to get it.

Hmm I think I'm doing something wrong. The Protein comes out at £31.02 per tub for the 2.27KG french vanilla creme.

The 15% discount is showing, but it wouldn't let me use the voucher code for the order?
darkwarrior
1 Jan 16 #11
Wait so do we need to be adding these to the basket under "Subscribe and save"?
escortboy to darkwarrior
1 Jan 16 #13
Yes, you're essentially building up 3 subscriptions for the lynx shower gels cheaply if you don't already have subscriptions running.
You're then doing subscribe and save on the ON protein to take advantage of a discount stack along with the 30% voucher to give you 45% off the original price.
You will have to wait for the items to be delivered which will be next month and then cancel all of them so you don't get unwanted deliveries in the future.
satty389 to darkwarrior
1 Jan 16 #16
Yeah subscribe to each of the shower gels first and use the SAVE30VC12 code. Then go to the ON protein, clicking on the 30% voucher for each before subscribing to them. Once you have 5 items you have subscribed to arriving in the same month, 15% discount will be applied. Although the 30% ON discount won't be reflected in the price shown, you can check it by going to order details

Don't forget to factor in your 3 x 70p cost for the Lynx. If you decided you wanted just 1 x 2.27kg tub you could find another cheap S&S item and then get your 5 items that way. IMO this is very good pricing and it's worth getting more than one.
