How are they going to reskin Transformers into Ninja Turtles?

That's taking "robots in disguise" a tad too far...

Heat for the price, the game annoyed me though (and I'm an 80's child so G1 fan).
Platinum are reskinning this as a Turtles game next aren't they?

I didn't know that I had a biting point for this game, turns out I did. I watched the IGN review and I think it was the transforming sound effect and the original voice actors that sold me. Plus it's Platinum Games. Bayonetta 2 and Wonderful 101 are two of my favourite games.

Its the same price on Amazon so I'm wondering how the GAME exclusive edition is different to the standard one?

It's short, but a fantastic game. All the old surviving voice actors and decent imitations of the ones that have sadly passed away, the proper transformation sound effect, animation that strongly resembles the animated movie. It's the game you always wanted to play as a kid!

I think he's assuming that Platinum will take the same formula and apply it to their Ninja Turtles game. Personally I don't see that as a bad thing as I really like Platinum games. They are the masters of the hack n' slash genre.

Still not been able to work out whats different about the GAME Exclusive Edition. Is it just the packaging?

As a G1 lover, this is an excellent, fun game. The story mode is short, but I'm playing through now on the hardest level and the challenge mode on Commander is pretty tough. You need to put time into obtaining and upgrading the strongest weapons. As a loyal Decepticon, it's disappointing they're not playable, but wrecking **** as Optimus is still a damn good time.

Got a gift card for GAME with enough to purchase this. Just considering whether to get this on PS4 or PC.

I got this at xmas, but really not put much time into yet. 80s kid and first impressions are its visual and audio impact is excellent. Stuck it on hardest setting from the getgo as aware going to be short game and its deffo a challenge. Only starting to understand the weapons, but have a feeling its going to be a very repetitive - not sure if that's good or bad, but time will tell

yay! because i definitely want to be searching around the game for hours on end, looking for pointless collectables for some pathetic trophy just to flesh out a very short game!

You should come over to Nintendo, spending hours searching for pointless collectables is what we do - and we don't even have an achievement system - we do it for the peace of mind.

Nothing personal chaps, just bored to tears with collecting crap in games, it's just a chore for me, by that i mean collectables which have no effect on the game at all

But Nintendo-developed games don't really rely on collectables. It's usually SEGA and SE games that require heavy collecting.
