This looks like the one a friend of mine has and the cigar lighter lead only just reaches the rear tyres. Check the length you need for your vehicle. Anyone who pays £35 for one is off their rocker, £15 is about right.
It must be tiny motor but it does the job and has lasted but he does not use it very often.

Also does the cable wrap around the rear of machine or do you have to wrap it and push back into the actual machine.
Some of the simlar 'Ring' models come with easy cable tidy fitted to back of inflator.
