Tesco jokers sent it to the wrong store - I went in twice to collect from the store on my email address (which I had chosen) and was told today it had been delivered to another store and sent back to depot - then had an email from Tesco thanking me for cancelling my order - I emailed them back to say I hadn't cancelled, they sent the shampoo to the wrong shop - they replied saying none left now and here's a refund.
