Seems a good deal for a mifi? Can be unlocked - thanks to comment #6 below by rickryder1
Dont think you need to buy a topup with it.
Access everything that matters on the move with the Three Pay Monthly Mobile WiFi.
Data on the move
Get online wherever you are with the Three Pay Monthly Mobile WiFi. It uses the Three mobile network to create a portable WiFi hotspot that you can connect up to five WiFi enabled devices to at once, such as tablets and laptops.
Ideal for when you're on the move, it can easily be used in the car or on public transport to keep the whole family entertained. It's also ideal for casual internet users, caravans, boats, the countryside and other places without broadband connectivity.
Rolling contract
There are no ties - the monthly rolling contract that can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.
You can choose from any of these rolling contracts:
- 20 GB - £23 per month
- 15 GB - £20 per month

Have a word with the person serving you. They are able to give the device free for signing up to the 30day data plan!

next time in greece, get yourself a vodafone cu payg sim. Register it online and opt for 500MB bonus every time you topup with €10. Then topup your card online with €10 and you get an additional 250MB free mobile internet bonus. so for a €10 online topup, you get 750MB of mobile internet and your credit can also be used to buy additional mobile internet packages of 1GB for €5 online or minutes and text. I find this to be the cheapest option i Greece.

That's right, you have to sign up to one of the pay monthly 1 month rolling contracts, as I found out when I went to collect.
They're pulling a fast one I think, when they say it's £20 off, was £29.99 - I'm willing to bet that at that price it included the first month's payment.
There are a few unlocked ones on Ebay, they're around the £25 mark, which brings it to the same price as this deal after paying 1 month then cancelling the contract - but at least you don't have the hassle of unlocking it.

Yes I got one for that reason as the hotel I booked charged €20 per device for the week.
Speeds were painfully slow as it appears three throttle the speeds when using the feel at home.
I got a Vodafone Es sim and used it in the Mifi and got close to broadband speeds

Yup, almost 2 months free if you go with ID.
Also the standard price for the device is £10 so if you miss this deal you can still get it for a tenner from them or Carphone warehouse.
