Does this work if you have your shopping delivered to home?
One of the things that failed was when I bought two things.... It went for someone to review, and eventually they did but they only accepted one of them. The receipt only mentioned two things which were on offer... Because it had been processed I couldn't report it, so I sent an email about it with no reply yet (only been 4 days now, think it was about 9 days before I got that reply). Only 40p, but I'm more curious as to why it wasn't accepted since it was something on offer. It was only once but with the multiple auto reports (like that one was) it's a worry.

Has anyone else noticed a problem with Shopitize, four times in January it's now messed up when I enter my picture of the receipt. As soon as I've entered it and am waiting for it to scan through, it switches to enter it as being reported, like when you select that it doesn't work and enter details of your problem, except it goes automatically on my first attempt. No idea why, nothing I can do about it. Does it only happen to me? Don't think I've ever had that in 2015.

I experienced this with few of my receipts. Even my other half had similar issues. However if you have been using this app for a while having one issue per week is much better when it simply does not work at all. They are improving but new issues keep popping up. Earlier the app was unusable between 11pm and 11:58pm as the servers were very slow possibly as they are in the process to refresh the offer next week. After reporting multiple times, they switched to GMT timings in summer giving users an extra hour but that is now gone with the switch from BST to GMT in summer. I like the CheckoutSmart model where you get an extra week to upload the receipt so no rush.

It stores all your cash back till you want to claim it to your bank account or via PayPal. PayPal takes a charge. I think you can only withdraw when you have £4 or something.

Has your cashback been rewarded or does it show as under review? You don't need to upload your receipt more than twice. If it doesn't work after your second attempt then simply report it via the app. Once you have reached the minimum payout of £4 you can request your money by tapping on 'see how it works' (top right) then select number 5 'withdraw your money' and then hit withdraw in the red box and then choose payment via PayPal or BACS...

This is going to be a long night. Reached the stage where is says Redeem monies, however then it says I must complete tasks( what tasks? plus how can it give me any money without an account to send it to.
Finally got it working, well at least it has said that i am now done everything OK. However did need to scan the receipt 7 times before acceptance. Interesting to see where the rewards will actually go to seeing as it hasn't actually asked for an account.

Came home after shopping noticed I had a item thought I would give it a whirl, but honestly I haven't a clue how it it works, The web site and App are so confusing. I remember when it first started it years ago it was so easy, take a photo of the receipt and send it online. But going round the store snapping barcodes seems a bit over the top.
KiKai to les1938
13 Jan 16#23
What you need to do is release the offer you want to claim in the app, scan the barcode, select the store you bought the item from then photograph your receipt and submit. It's quite straightforward and if there's no issues with your upload then your cashback will show in your account within a couple of minutes...

Always looking forward to the weekly KiKai post, although unfortunately I see much less posts about the shopitize special codes. What happened to the bonuses? I remember around midway last year that Shopitize were pumping out £1 off codes every week.

Those weekly bonus codes unfortunately have been stopped and they're only offered on certain occasions like Halloween, Christmas etc so we might get one for Valentines Day & Easter...
