Great prices.... but be aware that this is in the Monsoon season!!! It is very warm... but also has LOTS of rain in the day.. it tends to be short but heavy showers.... but when it rains.... IT RAINS!!!

Phuket? That's a province! Views over what, Phuket town or where? If it's Patong, go for it! I can't think of many places I'd avoid than that hole! I went there for 1 night, and that's 1too many! And add mentioned, this isn't really the time to be heading to that part of the world unless you like lots of humidity and heavy rain a couple of times a day..

what are you on about phuket isnt a dump. Clearly you didnt go to bang tao beach., phi phi islands are near here. I travelled around the whole island. I'd avoid the town which isnt representative of phuket.

Phuket is my least favourite place in Thailand, if your going for this avoid Bangla Road.

Hotel is in Phuket Town. Nothing beachy there, but some good places to eat and a fine experience for a short period. Personally I would go to Phuket to get to the nice beaches, although so many are full of tourists. Will be a lot of heavy rain at this time of year, but sun in between and still warm.

Phuket is dead in June. Not only is it monsoon season with unreliable weather, but the beaches are not suitable for swimming due to rough seas and plenty of riptides. Dozens drown each year because everyone wants to swim in the sea on their holiday, don't they?
Plus point is it's bloody cheap at this time of the year (£15 per night cheap for a 3-4 star hotel), so at these prices this deal is not special.

avoid phuket altogether. If you're going all the way to Thailand, go somewhere nice. I'd recommend koh lanta or Chiang Nai for chill/culture. Koh Phi Phi for relaxing/ drinking.

wow all these people using "phuket" jokes do really think that they are funny. Is this how british humour looks like? In past I thought people here are more like Mony Python.

Great deal.good flight prices. when you get there air asia has cheap flights all over thailand so once you get there you can visit lots of places. went in Nov and stayed in patong beach near phuket for a couple of nights . it was fine but agree that phuket town was not great looking.
