The big store in Perth (Crieff Road) has lots of stock, however while the black ones were £1, the white ones were scanning at £1.75. That was at 9am this morning.
Bought a couple and they seem good quality. Toilet brushes, seats, tumblers and soap dispensers matching these all reduced also.

Not 100% sure if white is £1 as I've just seen the label and it says £1.75. Black is defo £1 cos I bought one.
