Use code TENNEROFF to get it down to £339 from £349.
Although it's not the best brand in the world, it's a really good price for a 48 inch 4k TV. At this price range, it's hard to find a HD Smart TV let alone a 4K Smart TV.

not sure what they are like these days but I bought a cheap 32" lcd of theirs from Ebuyer around 10 years ago at around £299 as we started out and it has out lived my other Panasonic sets and it is still going strong now. really tempted with this as a spare set for a bedroom and then use a fire stick with Kodi.

Make sure the updates for the add ons have applied correctly my add ons still work fine.

What add ons do you recommend? I've tried Genesis but 99% of the content says there are no links available due to the VM restrictions.

all "beast" and "blackboxos" installs are now blocked on VM .........

Received my tv today, now up and running, i can confirm it is HDMI 2.0 , no complaints so far, got my Amazon FireTV box with Kodi installed running on it, SkyHD+ box looks fine, NowTV box running, plugged 2x USB3.0 portable HDD's into it and it plays everything, including h265 files, very happy with it
Edit: just realised this post is for the 48 inch tv, mine is the 40 inch but i would have thought the specs will be the same, if not ignore what i said above :smirk:

Genesis works fine for me on vm. Sure some links are dead but I can nearly always find what I want working. The best addon though by far is Phoenix. When mashup was canned this is what most of the content providers created to replace it. Outside of Kodi Showbox for android is also very good.

You can also get a Sumvision Cyclone x4 on 7dayshop for about £35. Makes a great media box especially when rooted

Try TNPB, located within Phoenix add-on

So how come I'm watching mine right now?
Anyway the owner of genesis is currently shutting down and moving to subscription based service, thats why it doesn't work. TNPB is about the next best thing.

I read operationrobocop shutting his addon down (people passing his streams off as their own) Zeus not working (no news of any return date) and Genesis no more HD streams, possibly going to paid subscription service, just wondering if paying is the way to go just to get a reliable service?

Which is best sub to have for kodi? Real debrid? Easy need? Premiumize?
Is this TV a decent buy?
I don't need a new tv my 5 year old LG is (thankfully!) working fine. But I do fancy a bigger screen.

I have the 55inch of this as was a bit hesitant at getting it before Xmas but I think it's really good for the money . Sure it's not going to beat the Sonys or Panasonic on picture but with fire stick it's great !

try setting up your own build with just the add ons you want, community builds are a lazy way of using kodi and cause all sorts of problems. Genesis not working isnt a VM issue, the Dev has stopped supporting it. try salts instead

What's the picture like ? ie when playing a hd channel or hd content is it crystal clear. I am sick of graininess on a hd display.
As for Kodi all works for on BT. Genesis is no longer being developed. Salts , royal or the new best thing , velocity . Use trakt with those. All working great

I got this while a on £75 cashback offer via AO an tenneroff promo code £313 couple weeks ago an im well happy with the image quality I have watched a few football games an its 100hz handles fast action extremely well, I dont see no difference between this model which is in my bedroom an a 50" Sony on my living room for fast sports action, its brill. I have only used an external tuner on the tv thus far a Huawei youview box and my andriod box so will not comment on image quality other then to say for the cash it really does give a great viewing experience. I have yet to see ultra HD so can not comment on that aspect but Im happy with 1080 for now
