This was a final clearance item, every january and some time in summer (I think), they reduce clearance items that didn't sell, and keep reducing them until they go. These items are store specific, you most likely won't find these sunglasses in other stores at these prices.

yes they have yellow ticket clearance twice a year,however its not clearance that has not sold it is stock that has been in the store for 6 weeks and longer thats how tkmaxx do there clearance, only diffrence between red and yellow tickets is that yellow will get marked down until its gone

Logos for both are very similar and so is the name but Marc Jacobs is much more expensive
