I love Stilton. It needs time in the air so that it tastes better. If you unpack it and then eat it straight away it doesn't taste as good.

Picked some Stilton up and Wednesfield store. Also got quite a few of the 30p smallish waxed cheeses which are very nice. Was still loads left after I brought about 30 for family and friends
