can anyone help, my daughters (ahem cough cough) have the Star wars complete saga game.
In that game there was a part dealing with the film attack of the clones....so is the star wars 3 clones game above different from the clones part in the star wars TCS ?

The Star Wars III: Clone Wars game deals with the animated TV series. Not played it myself..

Sorry I have no idea how processors work nowadays. Can anybody tell me if these games can be played on THIS laptop? If so, would they run well or just ok? Any similar games (SIM type games for instance) to these that would run ok on this laptop? Cheers.

This website is probably the best bet for you to check mate.
Thanks, but it's not for my pc but my daughter's, which I don't have access to at the moment. I've no idea where her laptop specs sit it the scheme of things nowadays.

The system requirements shown on Steam are quite minimal. Literally like .5gb of ram and a 512mb graphics card with a 1.0ghz processor.
I'd be very surprised if any computer after 2001 struggles to be honest
Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga:
System Requirements
OS: Windows XP SP2/Vista
Processor: Intel P3 1.0GHz or AMD Athlon XP or higher
Memory: 156MB of RAM, 512MB required for Vista
Graphics: 128MB Graphics card with Shader Model 2.0 Capability
Hard Drive: 5GB of free space

We run the lego games on a zotac celeron mini pc with less power than that one so you should be ok, at worst you can lower the games settings and should run fine !

Thanks for the replies. My daughter is an uni and wanted some games to play occasionally as a method of chilling, but her fave game of Sims won't apparently play on her laptop (which she bought I'd add!). The funny thing is I was looking into buying her a better laptop and was looking at an AMD A8 or A10 based one. Yet everything I seemed to read suggested that neither would play the Sims, but it may play Sims 4 ok ish but certainly not Sims 3. I would have thought the Sims 4 would have been much more demanding than Sims 3 as it's newer and visually much better, but apparently not. And the problems with both seem to come from installing any expansion packs - apparently everything grinds to a halt if you do and you need a much more powerful lappy to play them properly. Weird!

I have a laptop with an AMD A8 processor, and both sims 3 & 4 have no problem running at all, even with the expansions! :smirk:
