I ordered these from zavvi at £19.99 before Christmas, they looked amazing when I opened the box. Apart from 1 had snapped off at the ankles! I've arranged a replacement but I had to send a picture to prove they were broken and I wasn't telling fibs before they would start the process. They don't send out replacement until they have received this defective product back. I'm still waiting to get my replacement.

Out of interest how many books do you reckon these could withstand the weight of? I've had pretty bad bookends break after like 5 books worth of weight :disappointed:

I think they aren't real book ends but a collectors piece.
Probably used to keep star wars blu rays in between them tbh.

Why not transfer all your books to a Kindle, then use these to hold your Kindle on a shelf.
Then they're technically holding up 1,000s of books...
Bought these for my cousin for Christmas from TK Maxx in December for £19.99 - so not a great price drop, but worth the money, I reckon! He's chuffed with them (and uses them for Xbox games holding-ness)

I saw these in a shop window in the Metro Centre in Gateshead on Friday. I think they were £22 or thereabouts. Made from solid resin it said.
