Found these recently and wanted to get some of them, but thought they were very overpriced at £12 each! They are now reduced to £2.99 in the sainsburys Banbury branch! Could be national?
Kits included R2D2 and the Millennium Falcon
Bought them on the 29th and the shelf still had 30 or so of each.

My 14 yr old has built loads of these and they look fantastic when finished. You do need to be very patient and careful as they break easily so not for everyone. £3 is a bargain :smiley:

I got the X Wing and Tie Fighter for Christmas. Ages 14 and up. I'm 41, with big sausage fingers, and I managed to build them ok. Nice little thing when they're done...

done a few of these before, they are not for the faint of heart, but are stunning little models. 3 quid is an amazing price.

Got the R2D2 from Santa. Incredibly small pieces. Very fiddly and frustrating. Spent an hour just putting the head together. General view from reviews is they take about 10 hours to complete, require magnifying glasses etc. Life is too short.
