Battlefront back into the Sale (reduced from £54.99 to £36.84). But its available for a mere $110k Col Peso - which is roughly £22.70ish.

Digital Deluxe and Ultimate both available at Sale Prices too.

Standard $159900>>$107133 @4719 = £22.70
Deluxe $169900>>$113833 @4719 = £24.12
Ultimate $229900>>$172425 @4719 = £36.54

Note, the Deluxe edition is only an extra $10,000 on top. Which turns £22.71 to £24.12 [+£1.41]

Just go on ebay or CDkeys and buy a 1month EA subscription for £1.99 which will give you a 10 hour access to this game, and that it is all you'll need, in fact I've only used 5 of that and I'm good.

Battlefront Ultimate Ed. bought from the Columbia store and with game sharing, they both get it. No brainer!

Hi Liam,

Was just about to ask that.

But if the test payment has gone through, you have to wait a good amount of time for that to bounce back first. Just because the payment has gone through and confirmed as money there - I suppose they're looking to see if its charged back or flagged as fraud.

I tend to try one day - get the ~3p charge - then I load it all up the next day and it works a dream.

Guys i need help, ive followed the tutorial, created a revolut card

Setup a colmbia VPN on vyprvpn and all im getting is

Wouldn't work no matter what I tried
2 vpns 3 card numbers several different addresses
However managed to purchase the game using Xbox credit on the Russian store although even then it declined card details several times

Yes took me 2 or 3 hours of mucking around with android tablets and old android phones trying to get Revolut installed but now its set-up its pretty quick...

Yes. The way I did it. Xbox com(uk) - turn on vpn - swap to Colombia - click on battlefront - buy game (get the right version unlike me) fill in form (use word lens to help) - confirm purchase - turn off vpn. Alter back to UK screen. ...... Turn on xbox and watch it download. I had to do it all again to buy the ultimate edition, but this was just an add on to buy. The site remembered my details so it was just another click on a screen

What VPNs are people using for PCs? I was using VPN unlimited but it only comes with like a 7 day trial then you have to pay. I've paid now for a month but no point if there are free alternatives that do the same thing

I used the one from the guide - vyprvpn. Tried hola but that did seem to work for some reason. Downloaded vyprvpn, took a few seconds to connect to a Colombian server but worked fine after that! They do a free account too.

I only use mobile phone - although when I installed Hola (when seeing my India wasnt working) that appears to just be a Internet 'Shell' style program.

Dare say Hola might be a good desktop idea.

Cheers, the beauty of it (and we all went through the absolute mother fudger of setting it up!) Is that once its done, its now your registered address and payment method for that region.

I went through about 90 minutes of hassle and translation for Siege/Division Gold - and then you see stuff pop up and just grab little titles for £3 here and £5 there (all costing £14.99+ on UK).

Quite the little digital collection ive got going now - which is always nice when you just need a change of pace game.

did it and it works. a lot of mucking about setting up the card, but got that sorted. Followed instructions on here and you'll be ok. I used the built in translator on Chrome and WORD LENS on my phone for the translations. nice find OP

Sounds like a network/hardware problem then.

May need to do them checks. Try other tabs, like YoubTube, Major Nelson stuff and any other 'Internet' page stuff.

Not sure if this is related to this, as nobody else is experiencing this.

Try the Xbox.com Status page and ensure everything is up. Then do your network connection test.

I can still log in and buy off the Smartglass App now - so the store is definitely still there.

I read someone that it downloads based on the Home Country set on the console. So if you moved to Spain and changed Home to Spain then all your games would automatically change to Spanish.

Just did this and the money is showing as pending on the revolut account and the transaction on my Microsoft account looks like it has gone through but then reversed and I can't yet download the game. Does it take a bit of time before its available or has something gone wrong?

I did this last night with the join code MSE for the extra £5 credit on Revolut and it worked perfectly, topped up with just over the amount as MS test the card which takes under £1 off which will go back on within 20 days.

No differences as it's multi-region.. I did it last night and although the store is in Spanish and the title on the order history is the game downloaded perfectly on my UK account on the Xbox and played fine in English as expected. :smiley:

I don't think anyone's saying it's a bad game, in fact if you don't care how "hardcore" multiplayer games like battlefield and call of duty are then it's a perfect game. However if you wanted the next one of those and not really into star wars then there's not much to keep you interested past the "oh look how good this game looks" moment.

I had a similar problem. There is a way to use revolut on the pc. If you install bluestacks it will let you run android apps on your pc. You can then install revolut from within bluestacks....

Some people seem to get success this way (as PayPal is international) but you must have to change a setting or something - but everytime ive tried it - it just tells me I cant use this payment method.

Perhaps you need a business account or theres a flag on PayPal or something.

But, I will sing Revolut's praises - as the set up is instant (you dont have to wait for the physical card - although the card holder it arrives in is awesome too haha).

Top up is instant - so purchase is instant (once it detects the pending ~20p charge went through okay).

Also, I dont know if anyone else notices this - but PayPal exchange rates are dog poop. Always seems to be a good few bips off the 'good' rate.

As Chris' guide says about Revolut, you can actually juggle currency when its low to boost your balance.

I tried it as a bit of fun with the £4-something I had left over and made something like 21p in a week. Bit of fun and experimentation - but rates seem to be good there

(And no charges for using it)

I think Revolut have a website you can use too if you dont have the app - although when I tried from my phone it was merely a signpost to the App.

Havent tried accessing from a desktop before.

I checked the Xbox Smartglass App this morning for this months Gold/Free games only to notice it hasnt changed (still Siege, Frozen etc etc). But noticed this was priced at 33% Discount (25% on Ultimate) as a new item.

Checked DGP (obviously) noticed it was still saying £X for Columbian, but then got my mate to sign in to see if the Gold price was in effect there too (as I already own it so cant see its price).

So bit of a detective thing, but just happened to notice it on the app.

took the 10 hour trial and i'm only 1 hour into it but really enjoy it, was very surprised to enjoy it so much, very simple to play and fun, especially the one player things like flying through the forest etc.

I too bought the ultimate edition when it was last on offer from the Colombian store before Christmas, and I love it! Definitely worth the extra money over the standard edition just to know you'll get all the future DLC. Just follow the guide in the link above and it's easy peasy!

You don't make a Columbian account, you just sign in with your uk account, change store to Columbia, use a VPN to make sure it stays on the Columbian site and enter a random Columbian address for billing.
