not likely, amazon usually only price match major retailers. Also i imagine its a game thats selling well on amazon, especially over the xmas period.

I will say it more simply for you,I would pay the £4 more for THIS PHYSICAL COPY than pay £28 for the digital download that can be purchased on the PlayStation network,and the reason I would pay more is that THIS PHYSICAL COPY can be sold on again.
