I agree, I'd much rather have something with some kind of weight about it, even if that just makes me think it's better built!
Incidentally unless you maybe go for the other big names professional range of tools for don't think much of their 'occasional use/diy range', I have both Bosch (green line) & Makita 18V LI drills, the Makita has poor torque, so poor I brought it back to the store to check if it was faulty & the Bosch has the worst chuck I've ever encountered! When 1 of them goes kaput I'm going to look at the Dewalt, Worx & Ryobi ranges..........yes I know there is a price difference there.

I've got the impact version and it's a great little drill. I believe they're made in conjunction with dewalt

Sorry, This is not a great drill. It's heavy and the build quality and feel is not as good as the Bosch or Makita 10.8's

I have this one its a great drill and use nearly all of the time over my 18v one
