The Space Crystal frame doesn't seem to want to stay on but I'm happy enough with the soft touch black frame.
It does make the phone significantly bulkier, but as I wear baggy trousers generally, I don't really care.

Based on the eBay resellers (who I doubt can get it much cheaper than Spigen sell at so are probably from Amazon to sell for less than £10 each after fees), I reckon some ordered 20+ minimum...
There were no restrictions to ordering, you just had to order one at a time.

Yes, that would seem reasonable. No doubt somebody somewhere is going to have to take the blame for this though. I wonder what the most is that anybody actually ordered. Sales must have sky rocketed. I'm surprised Amazon's monitoring systems didn't pick it up and get it shut down earlier.

For those who got them completely free, do Amazon have any right to ask for these to be returned or to charge the correct price, or once they are shipped is the 'deal done'/contract binding etc. Not a problem for me, but just concerned if people are getting these and flogging them on for under the £12 that they may end up making a loss.Some might say it served them right, but worth thinking about.

My understanding is that they can cancel up to point of delivery. If the item has been delivered/accepted then I don't believe they can do anything else about it.
I suspect they (Spigen) will just have to take this one on the chin, unless it was an Amazon discount/listing error, in which case they may ask Amazon for recompense.
Also, if they do start to hassle customers to return, it would give them negative press - would no doubt lead to people complaining on Facebook, Twitter etc, and bad reviews being left on Amazon site. Also would incur some form of returns fees etc. so I don't think they'll bother.

WOW! My free case came yesterday. Simply amazing. Yes it makes the phone a bit bigger and heavier but now has 3 times as much battery life. After streaming music and monitoring security cameras for hours yesterday it is still at 100% power and is showing no signs of lagging. I was happy to pay £12 for this but for free, what can I say? Ordered another one for my o/h and selected no rush delivery so they are paying me £1 for my 2 cases. Result.

It gets discounted when you go through to the checkout stage.
However some people early on have been having the discount applied twice meaning they get it for free if a Prime customer or £3.99 if not. That hole has now been fixed.

Managed to get one via my mum's account for £3.99. This was previously in her basket, as I added it before they rectified the mistake.
I opened up another account in my name and signed up to a Prime trial in an attempt to get it for free but they fixed it.
Went back to my mum's account and ordered for £3.99. Still a good deal if it's honoured.
Only ordered one. Not greedy!

I've ordered. But only coz it's through Amazon. I would never order directly from Spigen site again. Ordered a glass screen protector before which started to flake off on the corners. They told me it's expected wear and tear. My argument was that it was on the first day!!!! They wouldn't offer any assistance except for buying another one with 5% discount. Needless to say I told them where to put that 5%. I'm hoping Amazon will sort out any problems.

I bought a spigen case direct from them ( not through Amazon) and it never came. They then promised to send me it a second time. Guess what! You guessed it....never came. For this reason I can't vote, this is one dodgy outfit though you may be better protected through Amazon. Good luck to those of you who buy.I didn't even get my money back. :disappointed:

They also emailed a tracking number.
Not saying your story is untrue, just giving my experience.
Give your bank a call, if you paid by card of bang in a claim of you paid via PayPal. Don't give up until you get your money back.
