Don't forget Tesco sell Currys giftcards, which net you the equivalent of £1.50 per £50 spend, which you can then turn into £3 on double up (Clubcard boost) or £6 worth of goods/services via some Clubcard redemptions. Paying for the Curry's giftcards on a cashback credit card could make another 1% cashback and then at lest 1% cashback via Quidco or TCB could potentially make one of these items around £128.
Someone else (UMRG) has just posted that there is also a £10 cashback for new Quidco members spending £10 or more at Currys. Further potential saving to be had here.

Someone mentioned that the 2 singles for £300 represents a better deal than the 2 piece package at the same price. As I'm a novice to the Sonos set up can someone explain why? Extra components?

Hi. Wonder if it's just the price, there is no difference in what you get in the box with a single or double pack of Play's apart from the number of them.

How does the Samsung R1 Wireless Audio 360 Bluetooth Wi-Fi Omnidirectional Multi-room Speaker (WAM1500) stand up against the Sonos and BOSE systems?.
Even the older Samsung WAM350, WAM550 speakers and multi-room hubs?
Anyone used any of the Samsung kit that has a real life personal comparison to share?
Just that Samsung are doing a deal on the WAM1500 until middle of January for 2 x WAM1500 = £300 (normal single price is £169.99 or there about).
Badge snobs need not respond. I'm looking for honest personal comparison and not a bias online review.

Just the soundbar at the moment and I find the bass to be ok but do keep toying with the sub - especially with the 20% off at Very.co.uk (new customer code). I live in a flat and have people underneath so don't think I'd be too popular with them if I do add the sub!!

Bought a play 3 the other day sounds great but not keen on the sonos software. Say you want to play an album it wont let you continuously play unless you add all the tracks to a queue. Which is annoying to say the least.

I'm using the iOS Sonos app and it has an option to play complete album.

It's as easy to add all tracks at the same time as a single track - click on the 'complete album' at top of track listing and add to queue!

Was looking for the bundle double pack but doesn't seem to be around anymore so this works out perfectly for me to team up with the soundbar for surround sound. 2 reserved for collection tomorrow at £149 each. Cheers OP!

Do you also have the sub, or just the sound bar? I'm tempted to pull the plug, but I've heard mixed reviews about the bar without the sub.

Nice concept, interface and execution. Shame the sound isn't better.
After listening, I chose better sounding kit and gave up on the multi-room convenience.
YMMV; these things are certainly popular.

Amazon.de has it for roughly £130, I have ordered 4 Bose items from foreign Amazon websites, all came next day (from Hemel Hempstead) and all with UK plugs. I had not paid for next day, but do have prime.they were 4 separate orders over 8-10 weeks.
It is Bluetooth and Wifi, it will stream directly from the Internet as well.
