Just been to the local Aldi in Failsworth, Manchester and spotted this absolute bargain. The packaging is marked as £9.99, the shelf price said £4.99 and then was marked down to £1.99. I double checked the code on the packaging against the shelf price and queried with a member of floor staff who confirmed the price. Once it went through the till, the till girl was also shocked. Great price for a double duvet.
Packaging describes it as the following:
This duvet has a microfiber cover that feels soft and light. Experience the comfort of a luxury duvet wrapped in a soft fabric.
Luxury soft 'n' light microfiber
Fresh non allergenic
Machine washable
Made in GB
Not sure where else you would find a double duvet for this price.
As a side note, this was the last one in Failsworth so not point heading down there but might be worth checking your locals to see if they're in and at that price.

Its store specific and none left in the original store. A receipt wont help really, just going tobe the luck of the draw. You can get a well reviewed doublr duvet for £10 on amazon if non in your area.

As per previous Aldi posts, after 6 weeks if stuff not sold it is reduced down.
Each store manager is also given a discretion of so much money each Month they can reduce down what ever they want. Hence Aldi price reductions tend to be store specific
and it is not worth a special journey . You cant phone up Aldi stores either. If you are going past an Aldi store then it is worth popping in, the op is bargain if you can get it.
