There may be more items at great prices, I hunted out the most obvious ones.
Think these are add-on items.

I shall share how I do porridge in ours, because a lot of people have difficulty with it “volcano-ing” through the valve hole. Two servings, the way we like it:
Place porridge receptacle on digital scales and weigh in 55g of Mornflake superfast oats into each, then add 5g of holland and barrett omega seed mix. Then zero the scale and add 260g of milk to each. Soak overnight in fridge (optional but nice). In the morning, pop open the valves and place together in the microwave for 2m40s. Take out, take lids off, stir porridge thoroughly. Not just a quick stir, but stir like you mean it — get every bit of it broken up. The reason for the volcano effect is that milk when heated in a microwave separates into a fattier layer on top and a thinner layer under. That thinner layer heats and has to expand, but the fatty layer on top forms a plug and blocks the expansion until a weak point is found, then it all violently shoots through. Re-clip the lids, place the stirred part-cooked porridge back in the microwave and continue to cook for 1m40s. Take out and leave to cool as desired (ie, not too hot, not too cold, but just correct). Eat. Then when finished, leave to soak immediately or the remnant porridge will set like concrete.
That’s how I do it. For one serving, I do it as 1m30s cook; stir; 50s cook.
The essential thing is that the microwaving process, with milk things, must be interrupted by stirring.

Check prices on camelcamelcamel. Some of these are cheap and cheerful but the 6 quid Steamer has been this price for a long time now and it used to be cheaper. Not trying to be that guy, I did order mine at this price and I thought it went down in price since then but no its still the same. Excellent products though!

Here also. In fact, we went over to bulgar last year, and now we do a 50/50 of bulgar + couscous.

Really wanted to get this...but then the internet shows me I don't need that! lol
I used to cook omelets and scrambled egg in the microwave if it was a single portion.
This actually cooks faster and better.
The item is vary easy to clean as opposed to using ceramic or other containers, also no splashing in the microwave.
The product does have it's advantages, I am not one for wasting money..

I know but it just becomes something else to buy and that I might not make as much use. So I'd rather stick to traditional methods. I got the porridge bowl I think I could use that to steam vegetables, rice and even cook eggs. I like things a bit more versatile.

I get you totally, I do the same too, adapt and use existing items...
I did not buy the Sistema Round Microwave Container - 915 ml, 'cos I have enough square ones which steam too!

Yeah I'm mostly trying to find things to help me not buy food from stores at work. So ended up getting the porridge bowl as I reckon I could make some stuff with it.
I see, a steamer for the oven and microwave.
I see they are silicone based, how sturdy are these?
I often transport food in the bottom of my cycle bag, for this use these would be unsuitable if everything got squashed.

They aren't sturdy so if you'd like a hard container they'd be unsuitable, but it's amazing to make a quick steamed meal
