The argos website states "Set includes Bart, Homer, Marge with Maggie and Lisa Simpson", so I'd take it to be all of them.

As I have previously stated, it IS a multipack, my son has them...not sure what you are trying to prove, but as I have purchased and collected myself I Assure you it is a multipack
