That's what I thought too.. the 29.9 from OP refers to the APR.. It says this on the site:
"Buy now, pay 12 Months later or 48 Months at £22.07, APR 29.9%"

Granted there's no warranty extension though the SoGA does work, I've just been offered £120 to repair a 2.5 year old Panasonic plasma(repair costs were £10 and an hour of my time).
