phoned my local store they have them in stock but told me its £50 it was the salter 1000w one they also sell nutri bullet for £77. I may pop down tomorrow and ask them to scan it. I got it reserved under my name anyway store closes at 9pm wont make it in time

My guess is (with just my own experience of buying two at £30.00 each at Morrisons this evening) is that they have been £50.00 recently, dropped to £40.00 within the last day or so, & have now dropped again.

I cannot comment on what price Wilkos are (now) charging (in-store), though.

I've read that just chucking in loads of fruit isnt the best way to be nutrious and healthy because it's just too much sugar. Would be nice to make some healthy juices that have the right balance...

All stores are linked so go down at the same time (when scanned at the tills) The problem you get is the who & when the prices get changed on the shopfloor. I noticed last week that the Elvis album scanned at £5. On checking all 70 cds in our chart it turned out 30 had been reduced on boxing day! It's just no-one had actually actioned the reductions. Really annoying to me as its poor customer service & lost sales.

Thanks op a massive sign saying 50 pounds and 30 at till they had loads at my store. Don't think anyone bought it as it says 50 pounds as a special offer on a big red label. I got my refund at wilko.com as well that was a red one wasn't too keen on this is a silver one. Matches my kitchen. It quite big. Bigger than the small 300w ones I have used I have tried it its awesome definitely better than the 300w that I paid about 20. Thanks agian op

If the price have been reduced to clear the stock, then don't deliberate too long or you may miss out completely.

That said, if you are having trouble finding one if you decide you need one when it is too late, I don't mind looking locally for you & sending to you at cost (+ postage).

Other members may be willing to help as well, as required.

Just experiment with my mine just made cashew nut butter it is quite powerful. Also be careful how much you add I wouldn't go more than 60%full and make sure you have a good mix or fruit and liquid. Don't use it dry otherwise you are asking for trouble

Thank you so much. I am going to try and continue living without this though. I think this was the model that was recommended on that television programme 'What to Buy' so I'm surprised that there are any left in Britain, especially at this price. I wish I could give you even more heat fanpages, although I'm not taking advantage of this deal,it's great for those who are.

Hi guys, just a question, ive just noticed that top set if blades is not symmetrical or one side of the blade is lower than the opposite side. Is this normal. The other two lower set of blades have symmetrical blades.

For £30 this is a bargain, I bought two so I have 6 mugs and a spare chopping head and motor.
Hopefully the set will last me a couple years, which works out at £2.50 per month.
If they last longer than that it will be a bonus.

Make sure you tighten the lid on the cup between each blending run, mine worked a bit loose today after three 10 second bursts, which meant it leaked a bit. You don't want the smoothie getting down into the electrics.

Also found out today fresh dates don't blend well, the white stringy bits survive.

Since there is no power button does everybody's just work once you turn it on from the mains?

I plugged it in to the wall, turned on the mains and it started to spin right away.....surely that's not how its meant to be turned on?

picked last one from hatch end.staff member said check the power compatibilty before you use it.what?

Heat from me. I got the last one in Weymouth, no price on the shelf but confirmed at checkout. I was a little sceptical about the benefits of bullet blenders but as my jug blender was on its way out I decided it was worth a try at this price. I'm glad I did it produces an infinitely better texture and taste, despite the fact that my jug blender is also 1000w.

bought from morrisons in gilmerton but will have to return it as the cup unscrew itself and leaks. Anyone got this problem

I managed to pick one of these up tonight on a complete off chance in the Wokingham branch. Might still be worth a look in your local branch
