Popped into my local Sainsburys tonight and they had these very heavy, solid baking trays, roasting trays, spring form cake tins etc at half price. The triple roasting tray set was particularly good value, with three different sizes, for £7, all of the products are non stick and really are made from very thick, heavy material. They feel like they'll last and not warp.

I have the cupcake tin, its brilliant, i make cakes for a living so it gets loads of use and its the best one i have. People have said they can go in dishwasher but then also complain of rust/peeling, when they clearly state not dishwasher safe

They aren't dishwasher safe

They also trap water under the lip and leak rust
Still, not a bad price

Thanks for this, just picked some up from two stores. Went to a superstore and they didn't have the set of three pans but had the heavy roaster which is huge and a really long cooling rack that was £3 so I grabbed the last one. then went to a slightly smaller store which had the set of 3 pans but no roaster or cooling rack so I grabbed the pans. they seem really good quality!

I got a set of 3 but deeper ones and they are amazing. Only downside is they are very slippery when you use a tea towel to get them out of the oven but burnt food just slides off. Mine go in the dishwasher.

Got a couple of sets of these a few years back and still fine - yes they can scratch if you use a sharp knife on them. Only ever hand washed them. Overall for this money they are excellent and wash up very easily. Certainly voted hot.

bought last year, although very heavy gauge they do SCRATCH VERY EASILY. I wouldn't recommend them.

I have a few items from this range and they are quite sturdy. However as pointed out by others the enamel can chip off and scratches fairly easily which means they won't be lasting forever - like the type of enamel trays that were common some decades ago and are still in use today (we have one such tray and it's pretty much indestructible)

got some but largest tray too big for my oven.
Make sure you measure oven before buying.

agreed. usually wipe clean well. They've been fine in dishwasher - though I'd take them out after the wash has finished - water collects in ridges around the edges and that can cause rust.

People who have already bought these... has anyone put them in a dishwasher?
thanks Jane

Yup had some for a while and fine in dishwasher. Though, as mooruk said, they're very easy to wipe clean anyway.

I bought some of these in October. Enamel came off in parts and they started to rust.

Never put ours in the dishwasher but they're enamelled and honestly stuff just wipes off... even baked on grime

I got these last week. The triple pack for £7 and since I work for them got staff discount which was 15% so got another £1.05 off. Brilliant!

These are great, very easy to clean. I've had some for a year and other than scratching them by accident with a knife they are still going strong...

I saw some in the Farnborough store today and bought a set, I agree with your comments, very solid and look like they will last. Triple set that I bought was half price at £7 and looked well worth it

Sorry link isn't working (I linked to a search result that would show all the products) so here's the tray set (http://sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/groceries/sainsburys-3pk-%2833-40-445cm%29-heavy-gauge-oven-tray-set).
Searching for 'Heavy Guage' will show the other products.
