I tried loads of toasters, the only one with a good slot size was asdas own branded at £9. Until my son decided to melt a spoon in it!

I've got this Russell Hobbs Buckingham 4 Slice Toaster 20750 and I can fit kingsmill bread in it most of time.
Only thing is it's fast and burns outside of toast whilst edges are uncooked.
Wouldn't recommend.
I found 2 slot 4 slice toasters to be the best as you can use it for pitta bread etc and will accommodate any size bread possibly 2 slices only at a time though if slices are big.

Crap brand. Deserve to go bust. Which they will!

paid £30ish a while back and it was worth the money. the brushed steel look means it doesn't show finger prints so much.

Just got the Cream Kettle and Toaster and they are very, very nice.
