Fantastic game, been shopping around and can't see any better deals. Loads of retailers selling it around £20ish still. Read online reviews if you are wondering how good the game is. Cheapest price ever posted on HUKD also for game.

Thanks, i was using the rakuten points obtained from the Wii U purchase though. If they don't show any signs of getting stock, I may just get the shopto one.

Ordered this last Sunday and only just noticed that my order's status is "back order" has anyone had an experience like this with Base.com before? Should I try and cancel my order, or is it likely they will get more stock in?

Still waiting on my copy of this, i've emailed them and they have replied saying that they are trying to get more stock from their supplier and that I am welcome to buy it somewhere else.

I received my copy a couple of days ago. They do sometimes sell on back order, but it says so on the product page at the time if that's the case. I wouldn't worry as it won't be months or anything like that probably just an extra week at most, but drop a email to customer service if your concerned.

You're in the tiny minority.... I've seen it written all over the place about the Wii U version being best... also that the VITA version is good. I doubt you've even played the game as youve just spouted what everyone would ASSUME is the order of how good they are. Truth is there isnt an awful lot of difference between any of the versions, but yes the gamepad payability of the Wii U (Yes and the VITA version) make them good choices.

Like a cover version, you can't 'better' the original, the spirit in which it was originally conceived. This was made for the Wii U and it remains the best version.

I agree that the Wii U version is the best, we all love it in our house, I would reckon the Murphy levels wouldn't make much sense without the gamepad.
As someone else said, this was originally to be a Wii U exclusive and that is the reason it is the best version as it was designed purely for the Wii U.

That's Eurogamer's opinion about it. I didn't find it really much fun to play with the GamePad.
"Despite the enormous leap in power the new consoles represent, in our opinion it's the Wii U version of Rayman Legends that remains the definitive edition of the game, with the title taking advantage of the GamePad's unique features in ways that genuinely add variety and more fun to the gameplay."
There you go.

The GamePad's use is about of motion sensor and I personally hated that because if I knew I could've used the WUPC I would have.

The PC version doesn't appear to be any better based on my reading but not yet played the game. I am also equipped and ready to go for 2 player Rayman on the Wii U with good controllers for playing the game and like many PC is on a desk in a little spare room. Don't use PC for gaming, so quite happy to pay a few quid more for multiplayer enhanced experience from comfort of living room.

I would argue that the innovative use of the gamepad when controlling the secondary character on local co-op makes the Wii U version something special.

Wii U the best version? What is that based on?
Rayman Legends' true best edition is as always on PC then followed by PS4, Xbox One and after Wii U. Two last would be 360 and PS3. I've read that Rayman Legends isn't very good on PSV.

Was holding out on this for Vita, does it play well on the Wii U?

Wii u is the best version apparently - it was designed for it primarily, although it is great on all systems.
