The original version of this contains only natural sugars so about 1%. In fact any regular plain porridge will be low in sugar. :smiley:
You think sugar makes you fat and come on a deal you have no interest in except to denounce it's sugar content yet you suggest adding agave nectar? Agave is pure sugar, mostly fructose but still sugar. :wink:
