Just to mention if people are still viewing this, I had the white C chassis over Christmas, with no experience with the 2 previous ps4s, I can vouch it's quiet, the matte-ish paint is much nicer than gloss imo, and putting in a good few hours a day the console doesn't feel hot at the end of a gaming sesh, which is not surprising as inspecting the console it has good ventilation.
I'm Impressed with the console.

PS4 500 gb have been yo yoing 240-250 pre New Year with a game (if Im not mistaken). Currently this was the best price for a stand alone console, but you still need to put money towards a game.

I think its known as a "C chassis". It uses less power, gives off less heat and the fan noise is reduced as a result. Allegedly.

According to Digital Foundry on YouTube it runs a little hotter. But the power saving and less noise is a nice bonus. So too is the non glossy finish and lower noise. I added a copy of COD BO3 for around £11 extra and will just sell it at CEX the same day it arrives for £23. Not too shabby. The only other added plus is mine is being delivered by DPD and they text you one hour before they arrive. So much better than Amazon using yodel for so many of my purchases. :smiley:
