Of course. If you have Windows 10 it will be plug in and play. Any Windows before that you'll just need to install the latest drivers from the Microsoft website.

Looks nice, love the feel of the official pad but it should come with a wire at least for what it would cost M$.

Buy a £2 micro usb cable from Amazon. Bingo, wired controller.
Cold, this thing is garbage, I'm sorry.

Just a heads up to those who are planning on purchasing one of these, they do look and feel cheap, and I'm not sure it this goes for everyone but my left trigger keeps getting stuck.

Lad had a headset for christmas that doesn't fit controller (although it claimed to). This is actually cheaper than the adapter I needed to buy.

Any real advantage of this over an official standard wired xbox 360 controller?

Can't use a 360 controller on an Xbox one without adaptors. I just ordered a third party controller as with many others my left trigger is sticking and crunching. Good price is quality is there

Hardly, it's a decent controller for £20, works with PC and XBone, not all of us want to spunk nearly twice the price on a wireless just to have a spare controller.

triggers on this are a little softer than the official one but the directional buttons are very tactile, I like it personally.

That's what I meant in my post, there's no reason for them to not include a micro USB for the pad.

Yeah sorry, I realised that after replying. I get what you're saying, but it's only gonna drive the price up even more, and I doubt many people would actually use it. Combine that with the fact that most people have those cables lying around already and you can see why they didn't. I'm just happy they used the standard micro USB because they just as easily could have decided not to.
