Is the quality of DAB still rubbish? I don't tend to hear too much about it nowadays.

I got a decent amount of stuff for free for review but didn't get invited to vine at any point, I believe you need to be a long term buyer+reviewer for that.

For me it is in general if I write a review which many people find helpful that I usually get contacted by some seller to review their items. And this never had anything to do with whether that helpful review was for 3 stars or 5. So basically be honest and write useful stuff for items with few reviews you own and there is a high chance you will get some stuff for free.

Also people interpret that being given stuff for free is conditional on giving 5 star review but I sometimes gave as low as 3 (and they even invited me in review program again 6 months later). In general getting stuff for free for me means I am more willing to sort out any issues or problems (and report on it in the review) than anything else.

Going by genuine reviews, I wouldn't touch this. But if your expectations are low, go ahead.

Just checked it out and basically its invite only and based on reviews you write. Ive ordered loads from Amazon but never left a review, seems i need to start reviewing more and might get an invite

They have a scheme called Amazon Vine. The reviews are supposed to be honest.

Submit a ton of positive reviews, get free stuff to submit more positive reviews :smile:

Amazon reviews pretty mixed..... but i wouldn't expect much for a tenner.
