Dont even think about this 50lb dream bike I had a coyote piranha same bike for a day you try and peddle this thing even tho I can can do 35 miles in 2 hrs 20 on my daughters pink bike this bike to me looks wicked but I got so many negative reactions you won't keep it in 7th its too heavy as for sand you will never peddle it snow forget it if it lands on your leg you won't be peddling well in my opinion this bike is not fit for purpose as we all want to use it as normal road bike too its way too heavy 50lbs you cant outbike a mugger either

It says "Weight fully assembled 22kg" but the rest of your rant I totally agree with. If a mugger wants to nick this off you I suggest you let him have it and run, it'll be faster.

Am I the only one who thinks the wheels look ridiculous?

They do, but apparently it makes for a comfortable ride, I had a folding bike with big tyres (not this big) and it made a huge difference. However the bigger the wheel the harder it is to get going which might be fine if you're flying down a hill but not so much going up it.

Nope, only good for kids riding around the estate. 7 Gears, useless for any hills. And the fat tyres give too much rolling resistance. And the weight. Just forget this bike unless you just want to try and look like a kid.

What's the advantage of this over say a 27.5 wheel? do you just run tyres at lower psi for more traction? what are people's uses for these sort of bikes? f

Once you've rode a fat, you'll never go back  Awesome bikes. To the people who are saying, "they look like clown bikes", "they look ridiculous". Please, keep your zero fact based opinions to yourself. Because you really do know nothing. That is all

I have reserved one in stock, the only argos in the area with one in stock.
I am fat, so I thought it would be a good fit and a bit of fun.
17" frame is not very big though so I may have to donate it to a smaller fat bloke if it is too small for me to ride reasonably.

Well considering bike threads are where the clowns congregate, this deal won't miss the mark.

this is a fat bike some people need to do some research. they are designed for snow \ sand etc and are generally an adventure type bike not a race rocket. There are now fat bike classes on some XC races however most serious riders will be spending over £1000.Still a hot deal for as a second bike for most

That's crazy heavy. Wouldn't fancy riding that up a hill. Or trying to stop it in a hurry.
