It did say RRP £150, which I doubt but this is a good offer when others are selling cheapest at £50. So, if you are going to get one, get it while the offer last.
Just a heads up that this has now dropped to £32.50 so contact Tesco for a fiver refund on the item. Even better value

Is there a specific time frame? Ordered on the 22.01.

I've been using Sonicare for about 15 years and there really is no difference between models. You'll never really use any of the modes once you get used to it. I agree with a previous poster that the head type DOES make a difference though

Thanks for the tip, bought it. I don't care what people think of my pink Sonicare if it's £25!
I currently have the classic Sonicare model (with the bulky brush heads with magnets inside) after my previous one of this modern model broke. While it's definitely more durable, the classic model's brushes are much more expensive so I think it's worth buying the newer model at this price even if it breaks down after a year or two.

Aldi have their equivalent on sale at the moment. Around £30 I think and the replacement heads are cheaper too.
My hygienist advises the Braun rotating type though.

Thanks OP, great deal. The pink above and the lavender appear to be the same model apart from a sensitive mode on the lavender and it also comes with a travel case.
Annoying!
It says one removes up to 90% stains and the other 100%, but it doesn't explain why! It may be the 'sensitive' mode doesn't clean so well? But that's just an option with one brush isn't it? Confused!

If you have a Sonicare brush, I would recommend getting the DiamondClean replacement heads.
You can get 4 for £20 from Amazon (they recommend changing the brush head every 3 months, so the pack would last a year.)
The DiamondClean toothbrushes are over £100, but the same brush heads are compatible with much cheaper Sonicare toothbrushes.
I thought the same until I purchased the DiamondClean brush heads to use on my flexcare platinum...and there's a night and day difference, DiamondClean heads don't work nowhere near as well as the intercare for the flexcare series. Just ordered myself a new set of intercare heads.

Great deal, although I do find it funny some of the "features" i.e. the white mode which is basically adding an extra 30 seconds to the quad timer!
