its handy if you you have arthritis n cant chop etc but I would rather was up a knife and chopping board than a fiddly machine

This product seems really pointless. All the veg shown in the vid has been pre-prepared! You have to wash, peel and trim the veg before sticking it in this machine. So you'll be using a regular chopping board, peeler and knife anyway! Why give yourself the extra hassle of washing this bulky machine?
