I think that because they're treating it as a "Returns Merchandise Authorisation" rather than an order cancellation, they may not have refunded delivery for others too. It would be worth checking (I ordered 4 days ago, on the 27th).

I get the failure to fulfill the order, it happens, but the card has been charged immediately and now another 4 to 6 working days to refund is a plain scam, that could be as long as 3 weeks from start to finish depending how they count days!
I had a refund from another retailer within a matter of half a day for something I bought yesterday, it shows online, so it can be done.
As an occasional John Lewis customer when it comes to major items such as TVs Fridges and Washing machines, one who WAS planning to buy two new major household items from them in the next month, it prompted me to read their online reviews, when I never have done so before, I had no idea that their customer service reviews are at monumentally low levels. It makes Comet look like Mother Teresa Ltd!
Looks like the wheel might not have totally come off, but it seems to be getting a bit loose, and is making me think that the 5 year guarantees I am attracted by might not be worth much... I got stung with a duff TV when Allders Coventry went west some years back.
Ordered it 2 days ago now got cancellation email not happy

Further to your recent order for a Parrot Minikit Neo 2 Bluetooth Smartphone Receiver (82856202). Unfortunately due to a pricing error causing an unprecedented demand, this item is now out of stock and we will be unable to fulfil your order.
A refund is being processed to the originating payment method and this should reflect on the account within the next 4 to 6 working days.

Looks like you can't connect this to your car stereo unless someone knows different
To be honest you would be better off purchasing a unit that was not intended for BT. There are units that broadcast audio on FM so you just tune your exist car radio into the device. This works well and is Stereo ideal for music and calls. Simple setup as there is no wiring.http://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-bluetooth-kits-for-every-car-stereo/
The wirecutter article covers the other options for FM which model is best for music and which one is best for call quality.

I think this is bluetooth based: "Listen to music - The Bluetooth Audio Streaming function means you can listen to any song on your phone by asking for it" Looking that the photo I cannot see any 3.5 mm out, but it seems to have a speaker built in. Look at the sketches on the home page, the home page talks about a 3W flat speaker http://www.parrot.com/uk/products/minikit-neo2-hd/
There is daigram at the bottom of the home page and there is part of the device labelled "Speaker" this is 3W according to the text and does not distort even on full volume. Parrott sell at the high end of the market so would expect good performance from the built in speaker.
What audio inputs do you have on your car?
If you only have 3.5mm in then a 3.5mm to 3.5mm lead from your car stereo to your phone would let you listen to music / navigation.
If you have an older car with a tape deck the 3.5mm jack to cassette adaptor works really well. Both these provide excellent audio quality.

You can (on Android don't know about other Systems) pair the Media(A2DP) with one device and the Phone audio with another. I do this daily when I commute using my headphones:
1) When I walk to the station and to the office both A2DP/Media and phone audio to Phone
2) On the train if I get seat I can watch my tablet so switch A2DP/Media to my tablet, phone audio to Phone
Perhaps there is something you could do with the car along similar lines? Might be worth upgrading the firmware or check with the car maker to see if there is a problem, perhaps the one of the mics is not working correctly? Most car units have several mics some for cabin noise and some for voice. The DSP (Digital Signal Processors perform the "subtraction", "boost" and "clean up" / noise reduction" for calls)
